Service
UPS service that follows on from monitoring
Monitoring on its own fixes nothing. The capability for service, replacement and supply is there — we have been running it for years under the EULED brand. The difference is that we now know in advance where to go and why.
What we do
Battery set replacement
Supply and installation of 12V gel batteries including environmentally compliant disposal of the old ones. For monitored customers we schedule replacement in advance based on the health index.
Repairs
Diagnosis and repair of backup power units. When a repair is not worth it, we say so and propose a replacement.
Supply of new UPS units
Specification, supply and commissioning based on the actual circuit load, not on a catalogue.
Monitoring commissioning
Module installation, pairing, calibration against a working system and recording of the circuit reference fingerprint.
Site UPS audit
A survey of every backed-up system on the site, including those nobody currently records. Usually the first step of working together.
Where we operate
Our own technicians cover Prague, Central Bohemia and the Pilsen region. Beyond those areas we handle requests individually — a network of contracted technicians covering the whole country is planned for 2027.

Response times
A specific SLA forms part of the Bez starostí (Worry-free) tariff. For other customers we arrange call-outs according to current capacity.

It starts with a UPS audit of the estate
We survey the whole site — including backed-up systems nobody currently keeps records of. The output is an inventory of the equipment, its condition and a proposal for what is worth monitoring. Only then does a quotation follow.
